Between us, we bring decades of hands-on experience leading technology, building software, shaping systems, and turning complicated work into tools people can actually use. We stay close to the work — from the evidence buried in daily operations to the decisions that shape what gets built next. That breadth is why Forage Vector focuses on impact, not activity: the work matters most when people can find it, hold onto it, and use it when the moment calls for it.
We started with a larger idea — an organizational intelligence platform and a scattered brand stack. That stack ate time, multiplied sites, and read like a consultancy. The smarter play turned out to be one public home for builders who help people find the signals of their own impact, then demonstrate that impact when it matters.
Forage Vector is four products built on the same insight: activity is easy to count and impact is easy to lose. You have to know where to look. Most systems look in the wrong place.
