RUDE FEEDBACK

Say the rude version first.

You have a version of the feedback you cannot say. It is messy, probably too blunt, and some of it is not fair. That is fine. That version goes in here. You get to say it fully — without editing yourself into HR-template sludge, without softening the part that needs to be said. Rude Feedback takes the raw material and turns it into something the other person can actually use: specific, honest, aimed at their growth rather than your score. The rude version stays with you. The useful version is what you might eventually give them — if you decide to.

What it does

  • Takes unfiltered input — you say what you actually think, without performing politeness first
  • Produces a constructive version: specific, actionable, aimed at the person rather than at venting
  • The vent is yours. The output is yours. The decision about what to do with either is entirely yours.

What it is not

  • Not a complaint box. Not an HR case tool. Not a snitch channel.
  • Not an anonymous roast, ranking system, or public feedback wall.
  • Not therapy. Not a personality test.
  • Not a product that decides for you whether to share anything.

TRY IT

Vent first. Then make it usable.

An early working prototype. Say the rude, unfiltered version — the system reads it and turns it into specific, constructive feedback. Nothing is saved.
